Out Louder: MMW and Scofield Together Again

In my inbox today: Medeski, Martin & Wood have recorded a new album with John Scofield: Out Louder due Sept. 29. The four collaborated on the great groove record A Go Go in 1998, an album that still sees some play time on my computer.

This time Scofield adds his name into the MMW mix, literally. They're billed as Medeski Scofield Martin & Wood. That's MSMW, for those who love acronyms. I'll post a review when I get a copy.

No word on a tour.
